This will be Bieber's first album and tour since marrying model Hailey Baldwin. Bieber took an extended hiatus from music in after cancelling the final 14 dates of his Purpose World Tour due to exhaustion. The promo video finds Bieber, wearing his trademark baggy hoodie and woolly hat, sitting outside a petrol station and wandering around a trailer park near Los Angeles as he contemplates his next move. Yummy Yummy (album)
It was released on January 3, , along with a lyric video through Def Jam Recordings , as the lead single from his fifth studio album, Changes. The song debuted at number two on the US Billboard Hot , while reaching the top five in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and various other countries, and hitting number one in New Zealand. The song's official music video was released on January 4, On December 23, , Bieber teased the release by posting a picture of himself in front of a piano accompanied by two posts with the caption "tomorrow". On the release day of "Yummy", Bieber joined the video-sharing social networking service TikTok and posted a video of himself lip-syncing to the song, and encouraged his fans to do so, as well. Bieber rap-sings the pre-chorus, while he hits his "signature falsetto " in the bridge.
It describes someone who is in love and willing to settle down. It has a romantic and spiritual vibe that does not cross over to cringe-worthy territory. The songs serve as the perfect soundtrack for a long weekend spent cuddling with your significant other. The album kicks off with two love ballads, All Around Me and Habitual. The songs are perfect for a wedding dance or an engagement. But while romantic, they seem destined to be nothing more than background music. Changes is not amazing, but it has some real gems. The repetitive hook is an ode to a young couple in love with few cares in the world. In the song, Bieber tells his wife that he wants to be her main source of stress relief.
